How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary depending on the destination but generally take 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer returns on all full-priced items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear cannot be returned unless faulty.
Are your clothes made from sustainable materials?
Yes, sustainability is at our core. Over 70% of our collection is made from GOTS certified organic cotton, which is softer on your child's skin and better for the environment.
Do you offer international shipping?
We certainly do! Huxbaby ships to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
How should I care for my Huxbaby garments?
To keep your garments looking their best, we recommend a cold gentle machine wash inside out with similar colors. Avoid tumble drying and always iron on the reverse side to protect our signature prints.
